These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wealthplanningseminar.com (the "Service") operated by Wealth Planning Seminar, a program of Advanced Global Research LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Wealth Planning Seminar provides a platform to register for educational seminars hosted by independent financial professionals ("seminar hosts"). Wealth Planning Seminar itself does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The seminar hosts are independent entities; Wealth Planning Seminar is not affiliated with, nor does it endorse, any specific seminar host or their professional services.

The content on this website and the seminars listed are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult appropriately credentialed professionals regarding your specific situation before making any financial decision.

Registration

By registering for an event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about yourself.
• Allow Wealth Planning Seminar and the relevant seminar host to contact you about your registration by email and phone, and by text message if you opt in (see SMS Terms below).
• Notify the seminar host if you can no longer attend, so the seat can be made available to another registrant.

SMS Terms

• Program: Wealth Planning Seminar event reminders. When you check the text-message box on a registration form, we text you about the seminar you registered for: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a reminder shortly before it starts.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, about 3 messages per seminar you register for.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
• Optional: consent to receive texts is not a condition of registering for or attending any seminar.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Event Eligibility

Seminar hosts may apply eligibility criteria for specific events (such as a minimum age range). Registrants who do not meet the criteria may be placed on a waitlist or directed to other available events.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Submit registration forms with false or impersonated information.
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service in ways that interfere with normal operation.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
